Clear agreements
Terms and conditions
These terms set out the general agreements for Marjon Cortenraad's coaching, advice, collaborations and future digital learning products.
Last updated: 23 July 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply when Marjon Cortenraad makes an offer or enters into an agreement for coaching, advice, workshops, collaboration or digital learning products. Different arrangements apply only when confirmed in writing.
2. Offer and agreement
The content, approach, price, additional costs, schedule and duration are agreed as clearly as possible in advance. An agreement begins upon written acceptance of an offer, engagement confirmation or other clear confirmation.
Important arrangements for the specific service are included in the offer or confirmation, not only in these general terms.
3. Coaching and advice
Coaching and advice focus on support, insight and practical development. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis, psychotherapy or a substitute for professional care.
The client remains responsible for their choices, sharing relevant information and consulting a doctor or other qualified professional when needed.
4. Appointments and cancellation
Rescheduling, cancellation and any costs are stated in advance in the quotation, engagement or appointment confirmation. If force majeure prevents an appointment, the parties first seek a reasonable new date or solution.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, VAT and any costs are stated clearly in advance. Invoices must be paid within the agreed term. If payment problems arise, a reasonable solution will first be sought together.
6. Confidentiality and privacy
Information from conversations is treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law, to prevent serious danger, or with the client's consent. The Privacy & cookies page applies to personal data.
7. E-learning and digital content
Access to e-learning is personal and may not be shared without permission. The content remains the property of Marjon Cortenraad or the stated rights holder.
For paid digital content, the access period, technical requirements, price and withdrawal rules are stated before purchase. If immediate delivery during the cooling-off period is requested, separate explicit consent will be requested where required.
8. Intellectual property
Texts, exercises, models, videos and other materials may be used personally. Copying, publishing, selling or using them in your own services requires written permission.
9. Liability
Marjon performs the engagement with care but cannot guarantee a specific recovery, learning or business outcome. Liability is not excluded where prohibited by law. The client remains responsible for decisions based on the support.
10. Complaints and governing law
Discuss a complaint with Marjon as soon as possible so a solution can first be sought together. Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
